From the title you can see that basketball is my favorite sport. Right now it's March Madness and there has been overtimes, upsets, and blowouts. I don't really have a favorite on the Men's side but maybe once it gets to the Elite Eight or the Final Four I will have a team. But on the women's side, I will have to go with the Tennessee Lady Vols with Candace Parker and Alexis Hornbuckle leading the way. GO VOLS!!!!
In the NBA, I am looking forward to the playoffs. My favorite teams is the Cleveland Cavaliers. Right now we are the 4th seed in the East. I believe we have a great team especially after the trade with the additions of Delonte West, Ben Wallace, Joe Smith, and Wally Szczerbiak. Injuries have also been an issue to the team but we have Anderson Varejao and Sasha Pavlovic back with the possible return of Daniel Gibson tomorrow versus the Pistons. Now we have shooters and scorers to back up LeBron James during our playoff run. Hopefully we can make it to the finals again this year. GO CAVS!!!!
On Monday, the Cleveland Indians will open there season against the White Sox at home with C.C. Sabathia on the mound. I'm excited about the season but I can't really get into it until basketball season is over. I believe that the Indians can win the Central Division again this year and hopefully we will make it further than we did last year. GO TRIBE!!!!
